Shipping Policy

We ship the entire United States and we even offer World Wide shipping as of last month. We handle each product with care and to ensure it arrives to you safely we do not ship through USPS, but mainly UPS. If a customer has a preference for Fedex, we do not mind if needed, however, it may effect pricing.

**Deposit for piece is required at time of commission due to the fact we buy supplies for certain projects as needed to avoid waste.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are really straight forward with this aspect. If for any reason you need to return your item you will be able to contact us and we address each need accordingly. We will offer repairs on our wood items.
